Recently, the Intellectual Property Office of Jiangsu Province (JSIPO) kicked off the Second Law Education Campaign for all staff across Jiangsu's IP system to learn Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, IP laws, and administrative law. More than 3,100 people participated in the campaign, including those from JSIPO and its affiliated institutions, practitioners in IP administration, law enforcement, and supervision of the rule of law in the intellectual property office (including the primary branch) of each prefecture-level city or county (county-level city or district), and those from rights protection assistance institutions across Jiangsu.

Lasting until the end of November, the campaign is hosted on Jiangsu's Distance IP Education Platform. It draws on resources such as the Law Learning Column on Jiangsu's IP Big Data platform and the Q&A on Legal Knowledge and Case Analysis compiled by JSIPO. The campaign includes various activities such as award-winning quizzes and legal knowledge examinations, combining exercises, exams and learning to boost the engagement of the staff across Jiangsu's IP system.

Next, JSIPO will continue to carry out legal education activities throughout Jiangsu while implementing the Eighth Five-year Plan on Improving Legal Awareness, to make legal education a strong brand of the provincial IP system and promote the rule of law and a modern legal framework for IP governance in Jiangsu.
